Haley Joel Osment had six senses...until now!

Yesterday, Haley Joel Osment was charged for his drunk driving and marijuana possession after his car crash last month. He has also been charged with a .08 blood alcohol level, perhaps higher, plus the infraction of driving under the age of 21 with a blood alcohol level of .05 or higher. Sounds like Osment should have laid off the Mary J all along. Maybe those "dead people" wouldn't have bothered him so much.
